Hello from your Landscaping Team!
The Greenscapes team has kept the community on track over the past two weeks. Classic Southwest Florida summer conditions have continued, with high heat, humidity, and near-daily afternoon storms driving rapid growth across the property. Weekly mowing has stayed on schedule, and crews have kept pace with routine maintenance, pruning, weed control and open work orders. We are pleased with how the property looks and will keep staying ahead of growth as these conditions continue.
- Pruning: We have completed the East side of Section 4 and completed section 7 we will be completely done with section 4 at the beginning of the next week and going into 3 & 3A
- Mowing: Weekly mowing continues as scheduled and has luckily not been affected by the summer storms.
- Weed Control: Weed control has been completed in Sections 9, 8, and 7, with Section 5 scheduled to be completed within the next week.
- Summer Lawn Treatment: ontrol has started and new cycle and will be at the club house and then beginning in section 11
- Closing out this week with a total of 3 open work orders and enhancements to be done on this coming week
Overall, the property is looking fantastic, and the Greenscapes team will continue working to maintain and enhance the community.
