The Glades Weekly Summary for the weeks of 4/14-4/28/2026

Hello from your Landscaping Team!

Good day Everyone,

Mowing
- Mowing is currently still on cycle through November to be completed on a weekly basis

Pruning
- Trim tech as been applied to help hold the shape and flower enhancement of material property wide
- We will be starting on a new prune cycle on the 4^th starting in section 11 with the addition of the trim tech application we are projecting a faster pace in each section of the property
- We still have the extra help for the bed weed control as well as an volunteers that pop up in hedge material following behind the prune team to assist with the uniform look of the Glades

Fertilization & IPM:
- Our fertilizer and IPM team was able to get us ahead of schedule and the coast to coast application on turf, plant material,& palms has been completed
- The past presence of the dollar weed in the community has decreased drastically.
Landscaping:
- Seasonal color has been installed in the decorative plant beds and looking great
- We currently have some renovation projects upcoming for the front of the club house as well as the 2^nd phase of the main pool deck

All approved landscape renovations are complete.
