Spring has sprung!
- General Pruning
- Summary of Community Landscape Maintenance Plan for Winter Season (April – September )
- Over the next 6 months, as we move from Spring to mid-summer our pruning practices will be more aggressive in maintain shape and size. This is due largely to the season we are in and the growth habits of the plants.
- Plant presents a more rapid growth thru out this season due to longer days; humidity and natural rain fall.
- Summary of Community Landscape Maintenance Plan for Winter Season (April – September )
Work to be Completed: (Weeks of March 30 thru weeks of April 13th )
- Mowing
- Mowing will be weekly till November.
- Pruning
- Week of 3.30 – Sections: #11 will be completed and start of section #10
- Week of 4.6 – Sections: 10 will be completed along with section 9 and the start of 8
- Week of 4.13 Sections 8, along with section 7 and the start of section 6 We will have a supplemental team working on managing bed weed control and addressing any volunteers that may sprout up in the foundation hedges. cycling all the sections in the month of February.
- Fertilization & IPM:
- Will Completed a coast to coast application in late March next application will be May
- Landscaping:
- All approved landscape renovations are complete.
- Seasonal planting to be installed the week of April 4th
