The Glades Weekly Summary for the weeks of 9/1-9/8

Hello from your Landscaping Team!

Weekly Highlights:

  •  Pruning: We are pleased to see the spring cuts finally coming into effect.  Plants are denser and dark green. We are excited to see how we get the seasonal flush of flowers this fall. Many of the plants are now in bud set.  This said you will see a different approach to the flowering plant material.  We have completed an application of growth enhancer and regulator to sections 4,3b,2and 1. This will aid us in management and flower production. WE will be completing this service as we prune out the remaining segments
  • Weed Control: Finally, we are making a noticeable improvement as we continue rotating through the property. We have also assigned an additional team member to scout the Community and ensure we are ahead of the volunteers out of the hedges.  This has been a difficult process of control. AS we have been cutting back allowing Sunlight – fresh air along with fertilizer and air… We woke up seeds from the 1900’s. With no mulch in the beds to aid in suppressing the pressure of the weeds got out of control during the rainy season.
  • Mowing: With next week being a holiday, teams will not be on property on Monday. WE will be back on Tuesday and will have a supplement team on site to aid in completion of the mowing service.
  • Last IPM treatment and application was completed August 18th next property review and treatment will be in October.
  • All approved Landscape renovations are complete
  • Zendesk: All tickets are up to date.
