Hello from your Landscaping Team!
The Greenscapes team continues to make strong progress throughout the community. Our crews are staying on schedule with routine maintenance while continuing to work through pruning, weed control, seasonal lawn treatments, and community work orders. Despite the summer storms, weekly mowing has remained on schedule, and we are pleased with the overall appearance of the property.
- Pruning: The team completed Sections 10 and 9 and has moved into Section 4 on the east side of Palm, and then into Section 7.
- Mowing: Weekly mowing continues as scheduled and has luckily not been affected by the summer storms.
- Weed Control: Weed control has been completed in Sections 9, 8, and 7, with Section 5 scheduled to be completed within the next week.
- Summer Lawn Treatment: During the week of the 17th, the team completed the summer lawn systemic and micronutrient treatment.
- Work Orders: As of the 28th, only two work orders remain open.
Overall, the property is looking fantastic, and the Greenscapes team will continue working to maintain and enhance the community.
