Hello from your Landscaping Team!
New! Starting Monday, May 12th, I’ll be in the Clubhouse every Monday from 10:30 AM to 12 PM to meet with owners about landscaping matters. It’s first come, first served (one-on-one), and I’ll be able to open work orders on the spot via Zendesk.
Weekly Highlights:
- Pruning: Summer cuts are ongoing.
- Weed Control: Noticeable improvement as we continue rotating through the property.
- Mowing: On schedule across the board.
- Zendesk: All tickets are up to date.
Work Completed (Weeks of April 28th and May 5th)
Pruning
- Sections 7 and 6 completed.
- Section 5 in progress.
Mowing
- Proceeding with weekly mowing.
Weed Spraying
- Sections 7, 6, 5, 4, 3A, 3, 2, and 1 completed.
- Section 11 in progress.
Fertilization & IPM
- February: Lawn (16-0-8) Click Here
- May: Palms (0-0-30)
- May: Applied liquid fertilizer to plants (20-20-20), and chinch spray.
